Welcome to Manukau Ranges, my four Cities Skylines 2 city to date. Manukau Ranges follows my usual gameplay style of urban islands connected up by the transport system. As the city is now deemed a very large and mature city the shift is focusing away from mainly urban sprawl (although that will still be happening) and towards Brownfield development as urban renewal will start kicking off.

A highly interconnected transit system using rail, metro, light rail and bus keeps cims (and cargo moving) while each District acts its own island connected into the fabric of the city.

As someone said, a city is a complex village of neighbourhoods. And those neighbourhoods and districts you can see all connected on the OSM Map.
